A fun night out. Excellent singing and choreography. The story has some clever tweaks in it to accommodate modern sensibilities. The puppetry is very good indeed and the cast is fab. Cruella is brilliantly evil and her nephews are great fun. This is a light-hearted show that also manages to shed light on topical issues like celebrity, influencer culture and even homelessness. It's a family show by design, but there's plenty in there for adults too.
This was my first visit to the Open Air Theatre in Regents Park and it's an absolute delight. There are great views from every seat. The seats are comfortable too with decent padding even though they're open to the elements. There are several food choices once inside the venue and you can also book a picnic in advance or take some food in with you.
